Data-Privacy

Preamble

At the beginning of this privacy policy, we would like to note that we take the protection of your data very seriously. We therefore always treat your personal data confidentially. We fully comply with the relevant legal data protection regulations, in particular the Data Protection - Basic Regulation (hereinafter: DSGVO) in force on May 25, 2018, as well as our statements in this privacy policy. As a rule, it is possible to use our website without having to provide personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example, name, address or e-mail address) is collected on our site, this is always done on a voluntary basis to the extent possible. We assure you that the data we collect will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

Although you are certainly aware of this, we would like to point out at this point that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can always have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is therefore unfortunately not possible even for us.

a) When visiting our website

When calling up our website www.german-innovative-tech.com, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser that your end device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) uses in each case. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called server log file. The following information is automatically collected and stored until automated deletion:

IP address of the requesting computer,

Date and time of your access,

Name and URL of the accessed file,

website from which the access is made (so-called referrer URL),

type of browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

To ensure that our website is user-friendly and as easy to use as possible,

to ensure that the website connection is established without problems,

to ensure system security and stability, and

for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for our data processing lies in Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the above-mentioned purposes for data collection. We assure that we do not use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations of this in the corresponding points below.

b) When using our contact form

We offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. This requires the provision of a valid e-mail address. This is so that we know from whom the request originates and so that we can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily, but is not mandatory.

The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of contacting us lies in your voluntary consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Personal data from the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been dealt with.

3. disclosure of data

We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

this is legally permissible and required according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you,

you have given your express consent to this (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO),

the transfer is legally obligatory according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO or,

the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims (cf. Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO) and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data.

4. cookies

Our website partly uses so-called cookies. Cookies serve to make the offer of our website more user-friendly for you. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". This means that they are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies, on the other hand, remain stored on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) until you delete them. This second type of cookie allows us to recognize your browser on your next visit and provide you with a more user-friendly and effective visit thanks to cookies. If you visit our site again, we automatically recognize that you have already been to our site and which entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we gain direct knowledge of your identity.

We use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and thus improve our offer for you (see section 5). These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.

The data processed by cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes to protect our legitimate interests as well as those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. We would like to point out that you can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and you can design it in such a way that cookies are only permitted in individual cases, the acceptance of cookies is excluded for certain cases or in general and it can also be regulated that cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Please understand that the functionality of our website may be limited in cases where cookies are deactivated or the use of cookies is restricted.

5. analysis tool Google Analytics
All tracking measures are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. In this way, we want to ensure the ongoing optimization of the website by evaluating this data. Furthermore, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools. Our website uses the functions of the Google Analytics service. The provider of this service is Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see section 4 above) are used. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website, such as the operating system you are using, the browser type and version you are using, the website from which the access is made (so-called referrer URL), IP address of the requesting computer, name and URL of the retrieved file, date and time of your access, the name of your access provider, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).

You can also prevent the storage of cookies by Google Analytics by setting your browser software accordingly. However, as already mentioned under the point "Cookies", this may mean that you will then not be able to fully use all functions of our website.

In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google itself. To do this, you need a special browser - add-on, which you can download and install at the following link:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the following link

Deactivate Google Analytics. An opt-out cookie will be set, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.

For more information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics, please refer to the Google Analytics help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).
